| abstract |
The present disclosure relates to surface-modified carbon hybrid particles in agglomerated form, methods of making such surface-modified carbon hybrid particles, and their use, for example, as conductive additives. Surface-modified carbon hybrid particles are characterized by high surface area and high mesoporous content. The present disclosure also relates to methods of preparing dispersions of these compounds in liquid media in the presence of surfactants and their use as conductive coatings. Also disclosed are polymeric compounds filled with surface-modified carbon hybrid particles. Further disclosure relates to the use of surface-modified carbon hybrid particles as carbon carriers. |
