titleOfInvention | A preparing method of tissue repair treatment composition using the two step cross-linking and the composition therefrom |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a tissue repair biocomposite having excellent shape holding power and good injection power, and a biocomposite prepared therefrom, and more particularly, to perform a one-step low-crosslinking crosslinking reaction to improve injection power and reduce side effects. The injection pressure is lowered to facilitate the injection, and the ionic two-step crosslinking of the one-step crosslinked body and the cationic biocompatible polymer crosslinker proceeds in the body, thereby providing excellent injection strength and excellent shape retention through double crosslinking. The present invention relates to a method for producing a repaired biocomposite and a biocomposite prepared therefrom. |
