Fusion proteins of natural human protein fragments to create orderly multimerized immunoglobulin fc compositions |
abstract |
The present invention encompasses the entire series of recombinant multiplexed forms of immunoglobulin Fc by the presence of multivalent immunoglobulin Fc for immune cell receptor. Fused proteins exist as homodimer and high dimensional multimer fractions, also known as stramomers. Compared to homodimer fractions, purified multimer stratomers have high affinity and avidity for FcRs with slow dissociation rates and are useful for the treatment and prevention of diseases. The present invention demonstrates that IgG1 Fc moieties that directly bind to multiplexed domains improve multiplexing and biological activity. |
