abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide an adhesive sheet having excellent antistatic property, re-peelability, and adhesiveness (adhesiveness). [Resolution] The adhesive sheet of this invention has an adhesive layer on the at least single side | surface of a base material, and the said adhesive layer is 70-99.5 weight% of (meth) acrylic-acid alkylester (A) and a carboxyl group-containing unsaturated monomer (B) at least as a raw material monomer. It is formed from the acrylic emulsion polymer containing 0.5-10 weight%, and the water dispersion type acrylic adhesive composition containing an ionic compound, and surface roughness Ra in peeling speed 30m / min and peeling angle 180 degrees is 5-50 micrometers. And the peeling force ratio (A) to the adherend having high polarity and the surface roughness Ra of 250 to 450 μm, and the peeling force ratio ((B) / (A)) to the adherend having a low polarity of 0.7 to 1.5. It is characterized by the adhesiveness with respect to the said low polarity to-be-adhered surface, 99.0% or more, and initial stage peeling electrification voltage (absolute value) being 1.0 kV or less. |
