titleOfInvention Genetic maker for parentage and thereod in Turbot
abstract Based on the next generation sequencing (NGS) of the present invention, we have developed a marker that can detect and simultaneously amplify the SSR site of a turbot, and analyze the genotypes through the markers and identify the robot's paternity and kinship relationship. By providing gene markers for identification and paternity and kinship verification methods using them, the markers developed based on next-generation sequencing have high discrimination and excellent amplification rates, and they are identified when analyzing genotypes using the markers. In addition to the production of basic data for the development, higher paternity discrimination is possible.
