titleOfInvention | Cell Therapy for bone regeneration and method of manufacturing the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a cell therapeutic agent for treating bone diseases prepared by mixing cells differentiated into bone cells derived from umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells and undifferentiated umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells in a specific ratio. More specifically, by using a mixture of cells differentiated into osteocytes in an amount of 0.5 to 1.5 with respect to undifferentiated cells, the undifferentiated cells promote angiogenesis, thereby promoting bone reconstruction or bone formation, thereby effectively treating bone diseases. Cell therapy can be provided. |
