The present invention provides a stent body and nanofibers coated with a core-shell structure by coaxial electrospinning on a surface of the stent, the core having a first biocompatibility loaded with doxycycline. It is made of a polymer, the shell relates to a doxycycline elution stent comprising a nanofiber made of a second biocompatible polymer and a method for producing the same. In particular, the doxycycline, which causes bronchitis, is eluted using the stent according to the present invention, and can be utilized to prevent and treat inflammatory reactions in tissues and fibrosis that may be caused thereby. |
