abstract | The present invention discloses steaming bellflower using a legal process, fermentation and steaming process and a method for producing the same. That is, according to the present invention, after washing the washed bellflower using a scrubber sap and ginger, the prepared bellflower is ripened at low temperature, the low-temperature matured bellflower and the dried mountain lion are heated under pressure, and then the fermented bellflower is ripened. After the fermented bellflower is dried, a filtrate is prepared using dried radish, dried scrubber, dried musket, dried radish and purified water, and the dried bellflower is dried using the dried bellflower and the prepared filtrate and scrubber sap. By repeating the process of steaming to produce a steamed bellflower, in addition to the saponin contained in the bellflower can increase the content of the required active ingredient. |
