abstract |
The present invention discloses a colorimetric fluorescent glucose sensor using a carbon dot and an organic dye and a method of manufacturing the same. Solid biosensor according to the present invention is a sensor having a characteristic that the fluorescent color changes in proportion to the glucose concentration. Fluorescent glucose sensors have a similar fluorescence color change, sensitivity, and good selectivity in solution. These ratiometric biosensors visually increase the visibility of glucose sensors compared to simple turn-on or turn-off modes. Thus, a convenient and effective method of detecting glucose enables a wide range of applications of carbon dots to biosensors. |
