The implant according to the present invention relates to a prosthesis having a multilayer thin film coated on the surface where pores are formed. When the implant is implanted, the prosthesis can suppress the fibrosis reaction primarily by the multilayer thin film, and from the roughness caused by the pores formed on the surface of the prosthesis. Secondly, the fibrosis reaction can be prevented or suppressed, so that the fibrosis reaction can be more effectively suppressed and spherical construction can be prevented. |
