titleOfInvention | Composition for growth media of mammals early embryo comprising secretory leukocyte peptidase inhibitor and method for culturing mammals early embryo in vitro to keep normal developmental speed using the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a mammalian early embryo growth culture composition comprising a leukocyte protease inhibitor secreted as a mammalian early embryo growth culture composition, and to an in vitro culture method for maintaining a normal development rate using the same. The present invention relates to a culture solution composition and an in vitro culture method using the same that promote the development rate and improve the implantation rate similarly to the development rate in the body compared to the cultured embryo. The secretory leukocyte protease inhibitors contained in the growth culture of early mammalian embryos according to the present invention can progress the development of embryos cultured in vitro similar to the body, and up-regulate the expression level of various development factors. In vitro culture method can improve the incidence and implantation rate of early embryos compared to the cultured embryos. The present invention can be applied accordingly to clinical use using infertility medicine or embryo differentiation. |
