abstract The present invention relates to a freeze-thawing resistant superhard high-strength concrete composition with reduced scattering dust using eco-friendly bazalt fibers, 35% by weight to 45% by weight of waste ascon aggregate, 55% by weight to 65% by weight of superhard mortar 12 wt% to 18 wt% of the blended water (mixed water) is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the blend, and the superhard mortar is portland cement, basalt fiber, silica fume powder, calcium sulfoaluminate, anhydrous gypsum, and dried. Aggregate, powder fluidized fire, lithium carbonate powder, inorganic pigment, oleic acid, retardant, antifoam material are put into three categories according to the specific gravity and volume of raw materials from the production process. By coating particles in the whole powder state, they reduce scattering dust, increase compressive and flexural strength, and secure resistance to freeze-thawing to increase durability. By increasing the service life of repaired parts, it is possible to greatly reduce the number of repetition of repair work, minimize the waste of cost and time due to the repair work, and can be installed in various new and repair emergency construction, especially on the road surface.
