abstract | The present invention relates to a diagnostic marker for ocular marginal lymphoma and its use, and more particularly, to a diagnostic marker composition for ocular marginal lymphoma, including a specific gene mutation capable of causing ocular marginal lymphoma, comprising an agent for detecting the genetic mutation. It relates to a diagnostic composition for ocular marginal lymphoma, and a diagnostic method using the same. In the present invention, gene mutations affecting the onset and progression of the disease are identified through sequencing of the entire genome and transcripts in ocular marginal lymphoma. The mutant gene and the protein encoded therein are diagnosed as ocular marginal lymphoma. It can be usefully used as a marker for this, and is expected to be used to diagnose the disease more quickly and accurately. |
