The present invention relates to a method for increasing amino acid recovery of serum or plasma and to a method for quantitative analysis of free amino acids in serum or plasma using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS), and more specifically, to liquid before preprotein treatment. Pretreatment to remove phospholipids that cause matrix effects that interfere with the ionization of the analytes using liquid extraction can increase the recovery of water-soluble amino acids in plasma or serum samples. LC-MS / MS enables fast and accurate analysis and can be useful as an aid to diagnosis and testing. |
