titleOfInvention Organotemplate-free synthetic process for the production of a zeolitic material of the cha-type structure
abstract The present invention provides a method comprising the steps of: (1) providing a mixture comprising at least one YO 2 source, at least one X 2 O 3 source, and a seed having a CHA skeleton structure; And (2) crystallizing the mixture obtained in step (1) to prepare a zeolitic material having a CHA-type framework structure comprising YO 2 , X 2 O 3 and optionally comprising Z 2 O 5 . To a method of synthesizing an organic template, wherein the CHA framework structure of the seed comprises YO 2 , X 2 O 3 and optionally comprises Z 2 O 5 , wherein Y is a tetravalent element, and X is a trivalent element, Z is a pentavalent element, optionally one or more Z 2 O 5 sources are additionally provided in step (1), and the CHA framework of the seed does not contain Z 2 O 5 If not, the seed has a molar ratio of YO 2 : X 2 O 3 of 5 or more.
