abstract In the display device according to the exemplary embodiment of the present specification, a display device includes a pixel circuit including a gate electrode, a drain electrode, and a source electrode on a substrate, a structure of a first electrode, an active layer, and a second electrode arranged on the substrate. The vertical LED device surrounded by the encapsulation film, the first connection electrode connected to the first electrode, and the second connection electrode connected to the second electrode exposed by the encapsulation film on the lower side of the vertical LED device. Thus, the process time and cost of implanting the LED device on the substrate can be reduced.
