titleOfInvention | PNA Probe for Discrimination of Quinolone Antibiotic Resistant Bacteria and Method for Discrimination of Antibiotic Resistant Bacteria Using the Same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a PNA probe for determining quinolone antibiotic resistant bacteria and a method for identifying quinolone antibiotic resistant bacteria using the same, and more specifically, to amplify by selecting a quinolone antibiotic resistance gene marker of Vibrio, Streptococcus or Edwards. The present invention relates to a method of hybridizing a PNA that specifically recognizes an amplification product, obtaining a melting curve for each temperature through temperature control of the hybridized product, and determining a quinolone antibiotic-resistant bacterium from the melting temperature by analyzing the melting curve. According to the present invention, the presence or absence of quinolone antibiotic resistance of Vibrio, Streptococcus or Edwards can be easily, quickly and accurately determined. It is also useful for reducing the damage caused by Edward's disease. |
