The present invention relates to an ultraviolet and blue light-blocking aqueous emulsion composition prepared by emulsifying and polymerizing a UV absorbing dye, a blue light absorbing dye, a color organic dye, and an acrylic resin polymerizable monomer, and a method for preparing the same. It is preferable that it is a naphthalimide type dye which is excellent in the solubility with respect to a monomer, and it is excellent in light resistance, color sharpness, and storage stability, and is suitable for use for cosmetics, a paint, etc. |
