titleOfInvention | Water glass-based hybrid adhesives for wooden flooring and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | One example of the present invention is an adhesive in the form of a composition comprising water glass, an epoxy resin and a coupling agent, wherein the coupling agent is present in a state in which it is bound to silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ) present in the water glass and has a polymer form of an amino silane monomer. It provides a water glass-based adhesive adhesive for attaching wood flooring. The adhesive according to the present invention contains more water glass than the epoxy resin, so when used as an adhesive for building finishing materials, it is possible to minimize the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and is environmentally friendly. In addition, the adhesive according to the present invention can favorably adhere different substrates even when the surface of the substrates to be attached is irregular or the gap between the substrates is large. Therefore, the adhesive according to the present invention is very useful when constructing a building finish made of another material such as wood or synthetic resin on one surface of a building such as a concrete floor surface having a large gap or irregular surface. Furthermore, it is excellent in thermal conductivity and can improve the thermal efficiency of an ondol floor. |
