titleOfInvention pH sensitive polymer complex for photochemo combination therapy and preparing method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a pH-reactive polymer complex and a method for preparing the same for photochemical combination therapy, and a polymer in micelle form consisting of polyethylene glycol, cationic polyamino acid and polylactic acid and doxorubicin encapsulated in the polymer. And a pH-sensitive reactive polyionic complex (PIC) prepared by incorporating a pH sensitive reactor and a photosensitizer (chlorin e6) to the side branches of the cationic polyamino acid in the polymer, respectively, to form a nano-sized aggregate, In a cancer cell environment exhibiting weak acidity, pH-dependent photosensitizers can be dissociated from micelles to improve singlet oxygen production and antiproliferative activity. Therefore, the pH reactive diionic complex having the above effect can be utilized as a nano drug platform for photochemical combination therapy to maximize the therapeutic efficacy.
