The present invention utilizes not only the bat-derived coronaviruses known to be infected by humans, but also a total of twelve unique primers that enable real-time PCR to detect a total of 27 bat-derived coronaviruses that may be infected by humans from other species such as birds. Combination (combination of seven forward primers with five reverse primers) and a combination of five distinct probes. According to the present invention, a variety of bat-derived coronavirus tests can be performed using real-time PCR using minimal primers, and thus, the test cost is low, and the bat-derived coronavirus, which is known to be infected by humans, is infected with humans. Rapid and accurate screening of bat-derived coronaviruses, which are unknown but potentially at risk of infection, may contribute to premature blockade of the spread of bat-derived coronavirus infections. |
