abstract | The present invention relates to a biomarker for identification (determination) of Korean beef cattle and its use, and more particularly, to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker capable of discriminating individual identity of Korean beef cattle in the market; Composition for determining identity of Korean beef meat using the same; Kits; The present invention relates to a microarray and a method for determining the identity of Korean beef. In the case of using the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker of the present invention, it is possible to quickly and accurately determine the identity of Hanwoo beef, compared to the prior art, according to the drastic reduction in the cost and time of the identity test of Hanwoo beef by more than 50% compared to the existing technology. Foreign currency can be saved for foreign equipment and reagents. In addition, as the existing analytical market uses expensive equipment and reagents, analysis is conducted only at public institutions and some companies, and thus the effectiveness of blocking beef fraud is limited. It can be used as a self-monitoring system by companies (Lotte Mark, Home Plus, etc.) and large food suppliers (Samsung Everend, Our Home, etc.). |
