titleOfInvention Wet desulfurization apparatus capable of improving desulfurization efficiency and wet desulfurization method using the same
abstract The present invention relates to a wet desulfurization apparatus that can improve the desulfurization efficiency and a wet desulfurization method using the same, and more particularly, to control the desulfurization efficiency by controlling the pH of the upper and lower portions of the slurry storage unit storing the alkaline slurry to be different. It relates to a wet desulfurization apparatus and a wet desulfurization method using the same. To this end, the wet desulfurization apparatus includes a chamber having an exhaust gas inlet through which flue gas containing sulfur (S) is introduced into the side, and an exhaust gas outlet through which sulfur gas (S) is removed; A slurry storage unit positioned below the chamber, supplied with an alkaline slurry, and having a partition plate so that pHs of upper and lower portions of the stored alkaline slurry can be maintained differently; A slurry injector disposed at a chamber stop and receiving an alkaline slurry stored in a lower portion of a partition plate of the slurry storage unit and spraying the exhaust gas introduced through the exhaust gas inlet; And a mist removal unit positioned at the top of the chamber and removing moisture of the exhaust gas from which sulfur (S) is removed by passing through the slurry injection unit.
