abstract The first control device that is connected to the second power line and controls the drive system, when the prohibition condition including the condition in which the abnormality occurs in the drive system is established, generates a start prohibition signal of the first control device. It is connected to two electric power lines and transmits to the 2nd control apparatus which controls a solar power generation system. When the second control device receives the start prohibition signal from the first control device, even when execution of the solar charging for supplying power to the first power storage device from the solar power generation system is required at the time of system off, charging starts. The instruction signal is not sent to the first control device.
