The present invention relates to an organic-inorganic hybrid nanoporous adsorbent having selectivity to olefins due to the presence of independent COOH functional groups which do not bind to the central metal ion in the ligand compound and thus do not form a skeleton. The organic-inorganic hybrid nanoporous body exhibits excellent olefin selectivity through the adsorption equilibrium and adsorption rate difference, it can be used to separate hydrocarbons in the C 2 -C 4 range. |
