The present invention provides a hybridoma cell line producing a monoclonal antibody against non-structural protein 1 (Z1) of Zika virus, a nonstructural protein 1 of Zika virus produced from the hybridoma cell line. It relates to specifically recognized monoclonal antibodies and their use. Furthermore, when using the hybridoma cell line disclosed in the present invention and the monoclonal antibody produced therefrom, it binds to (or reacts with, nonstructural protein 1 of other flaviviruses of the biological genus such as Zika virus). At the same time, it selectively (specifically) binds only to Zika virus's nonstructural protein 1, so that only Zika virus can be detected or diagnosed without cross-reactivity. In addition, it can be usefully used in related research and development, such as the prevention, treatment and titer of Zika virus. |
