The present invention provides a full-length clone of Ms. coronavirus based on a Korean isolate, which is difficult to clone an entire body of a foreign-derived mers coronavirus, and a method for producing the same. Also provided is a fusion protein recombinant vector expressing a muller coronavirus wherein a tomato red florescence protein (RFP) gene is further inserted into a Korean isolate mers coronavirus full-length clone, and a method for producing the recombinant vector. The clone of Ms. coronavirus based on the isolate of Korea of the present invention can be utilized as a standard material for evaluating the efficacy of a therapeutic agent and a vaccine in a cell line and an animal model while maintaining the infectivity and replication ability upon restoration with a virus, And it can be utilized in the development of vaccinated vaccine stocks. |
