The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition comprising a cyclic olefin homopolymer (A) having a glass transition temperature of 101 to 160 DEG C, a fibrous conductive filler (B), at least one member selected from the group consisting of an olefinic elastomer and a styrene- And the elastomer (C) is contained in an amount of 5 to 25 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the cyclic olefin homopolymer (A).
