titleOfInvention | Eco-friendly disinfection and deodorization block, deodorization appartus comprising the same, and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | There is provided an environmentally friendly sterilizing and deodorizing block, a deodorizing device including the sterilizing and deodorizing block, and a manufacturing method thereof. The deodorization block includes propylene glycol, sodium citrate, glycerin, sodium stearate, a first surfactant, and a second surfactant. The deodorizing block may be manufactured by (a) introducing 23 to 38 parts by weight of purified water into a first agitator; (b) adding 5 to 10 parts by weight of purified water to a second agitator different from the first agitator and heating to a temperature of 80 캜 or higher; (c) adding 2 to 5 parts by weight of powdered sodium citrate to the second agitator and stirring to form a sodium citrate dissolution solution; (d) injecting the sodium citrate solution into the first agitator; (e) adding 18 to 24 parts by weight of propylene glycol to the first agitator; (f) adding 8 to 14 parts by weight of glycerin to the first agitator; after step (g), adding to said first agitator a first surfactant in an amount of 3 to 5 parts by weight and a second surfactant different from said first surfactant in 3 to 5 parts by weight; (h) adding a powdery sodium stearate in an amount of 10 to 13 parts by weight to the first stirrer to which the first surfactant and the second surfactant are added, the temperature of the mixed solution in the first stirrer being set at 80 to 90 ° C, ; (i) filling the mold with a mixed solution to which the sodium stearate is added; And (j) aging the mixed solution filled in the mold for 24 hours. |
