abstract An electronic device according to one aspect of the present invention includes an electronic component and an electromagnetic wave shielding layer formed on at least a part of the electronic component. The electromagnetic wave shielding layer includes a conductive part on which a conductive film is formed on the surface, magnetic particles for electromagnetic wave absorption and conductive metal particles for shielding electromagnetic waves are formed by sintering on the conductive film of the magnetic particles.
