The coating liquid is prepared by mixing a polyester resin, 1,3,5-triglycidal isocyanurate, Dioxane and additives, and the additives are prepared by mixing antioxidants, light stabilizers, film formers, phosphorus monomers, activated carbon and repellents. According to the present invention, clay bricks are manufactured using slag (IGCC slag), which is an industrial by-product generated after coal gasification, in an integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) , It is possible to reduce the processing cost due to the treatment of the waste matter, reduce the environmental pollution, and enhance the stain resistance and durability.
