abstract | The present invention relates to a wet wipe chemical liquid and a wet wipe which do not contain parabens and which can obtain a good take-out property even if the content of water is higher than that of the conventional product. There is provided a wet wipe chemical solution containing no parabens having a product of a film thickness of the chemical solution measured by the following measuring method and a surface tension of the chemical solution of 810 탆 mN / m or more. In order to measure the film thickness of the chemical solution, 0.03 ml of the chemical solution was first dripped onto the glass slide, and another glass slide of the same size was gently superposed thereon. Thereafter, the glass slides are left for 30 seconds, and the liquid film thickness of the liquid medicine interposed between the glass slides is measured by magnifying observation using a microscope at a position immediately adjacent to the glass slides. |
