titleOfInvention Mice expressing a light chain with human lambda variable and mouse constant regions
abstract There is provided a genetically modified mouse expressing a human lambda variable (hV lambda) sequence, wherein the mouse expressing the hV lambda sequence from the endogenous mouse lambda light chain locus, the mouse expressing the hV lambda sequence from the endogenous mouse kappa light chain locus, A mouse expressing the hV [gamma] sequence from cotton, wherein said hV [gamma] sequence is linked to a mouse constant sequence. Mice providing supply of somatically mutated human lambda variable sequences useful for producing antigen-binding proteins are provided. Compositions and methods for producing antigen-binding proteins, including human antibodies, comprising human lambda variable sequences are provided.
