abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for determining whether a pine tree is infected with a re-infectious disease. The method of the present invention for judging whether a subject is infected with a retention disease comprises the steps of: a) sampling a piece of wild pine tree; b) immersing the piece sample in a solvent to extract the sap of the pine tree contained in the piece sample; , c) analyzing a first concentration of the organic compound contained in the liquid, and d) comparing the first concentration with a second concentration of the organic compound contained in the pine sap not infected with the requisite If the first concentration and the second concentration are different from each other, it is determined that the pine tree is infected with the re-infectious disease. |
