A DRM service system according to an exemplary embodiment includes a content registration agent, a block-chain network, and a user agent. The content registration agent generates a transaction including a standard content identifier, a user content, a content attribute, and content copyright information in response to a digital content registration request of a service provider, and requests registration in a block chain.
