In the present invention, CK exhibited antioxidative activity in hepatocytes and showed an effect of reducing total cholesterol and triglyceride contents in liver tissue of an animal model of fatty liver. ALT levels were also reduced in the serum of animal models. Accordingly, the present invention discloses a composition for improving fatty liver disease, wherein CK is the main component. |
