abstract | The present invention relates to a diamine monomer having a flexible structure, a transparent polyimide including the same, and a process for producing the same. According to the present invention, a transparent and flexible polyimide thin film can be obtained by using flexible diamine for polyimide synthesis. The produced polyimide thin film has an advantage that it can be used as an optical device material having excellent chemical and mechanical properties. |
