titleOfInvention pH sensitive block copolymer, and injectable formulation for DNA vaccine using thereof
abstract The block copolymer for pH-sensitive micelles according to one aspect of the present invention has a repeating unit represented by the general formula (3), which is prepared from oligomer sulfamethazine (OSM), polyethylene glycol (PEG), and polyamino ester urethane (PAEU) . According to another aspect of the present invention, an injection preparation for DNA vaccine may be a multi-block coating of a component comprising the block copolymer for pH-sensitive micelles and a DNA vaccine on a multi-micro needle. The block copolymer for pH-sensitive micelles according to the present invention and the injectable composition for DNA vaccines using the same are characterized in that a component including a pH-sensitive block copolymer and a DNA vaccine, which are charged to an anion or a cation in a specific pH region, Thus, the delivery efficiency of the DNA vaccine is not deteriorated and the injection pain is not caused by the multi-micro needle. In addition, the injectable DNA vaccine according to the present invention has an advantage of increasing the distribution stability and storage stability of a DNA vaccine in a dry state without a cold chain by formulating a DNA vaccine into a micro needle.
