Specifically, the genus Deinococus transformed with an expression vector containing the genes DR0862 ( crtB ) and DR1475 ( dxs ) of the present invention increases the production of carotenoids compared with that of the genus Deinococcus of wild type, The culture solution and the cell extract have antioxidative, antiinflammatory or anti-aging activity of carotenoid and can be usefully used as a cosmetic composition for skin improvement by inhibiting the production of melanin. |
