abstract | Provided are a method for preparing an activated carbon-titanium dioxide composite which can produce an activated carbon-titanium dioxide composite having simpler and lower cost and superior properties, and an activated carbon-titanium dioxide composite prepared accordingly. In the method for producing an activated carbon-titanium dioxide composite according to the present invention, a titanium dioxide precursor is mixed with a first solvent having a higher boiling point than a second solvent to prepare a first solution, and activated carbon is added after adding activated carbon to the first solution. The second solution is prepared by mixing the added first solution with water as the second solvent, and the activated carbon-titanium dioxide complex is recovered therefrom. |
