Composition for hepatic arterial chemoembolization using human serum albumin nanoparticles carrying an antitumor agent and method preparing thereof |
abstract |
The present invention aims at dramatically increasing the effect of hepatic arterial chemoembolization by developing human serum albumin-based nanoparticles, which is a bioprotein that effectively carries adriamycin, instead of adriamycin, which is an anticancer drug used in hepatic arterial chemoembolization. The human serum albumin nanoparticles carrying the adriamycin not only intensively infiltrate the drug effectively into the cells but also have a synergistic effect that can induce a long-term therapeutic effect by utilizing the sustained drug release effect from the particles. |
