According to the present invention, when waterproofing a concrete structure, a functional waterproofing composition having excellent permeability and excellent properties such as self-healing property, waterproof property, chemical resistance, acid resistance, durability, salt resistance and strength can be obtained. In addition, by applying a functional waterproofing composition having excellent penetration ability to microcracks and capillary pores of concrete, it is possible to form additional protective film and to secure the bonding between the concrete structure and the functional waterproofing agent composition interface, And the durability of the concrete structure can be greatly improved.
