titleOfInvention | Device and method for sterilizing an emulsion at an ultrahigh temperature, particularly a cosmetic emulsion for the skin, which is unstable at the sterilization temperature |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for the high temperature sterilization of emulsions, especially dermal cosmetic preparations, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: a. Progressively preheating (120) the emulsion to a maximum preheat temperature T1, which is the stability limit of the emulsion; b. Performing ultraheated sterilization (130) by injection of the emulsion thus preheated, wherein the step comprises the following steps: i. Rapid heating to a maximum sterilization temperature T2 (131); ii. (132) from the sterilization temperature to the ballast; iii. Flash cooling (133) under vacuum at a termination temperature T3 of sterilization; c. And gradually cooling (150) with stirring to the storage temperature T4. |
