The present invention relates to a method for preparing an extract of Hojokgang with increased resveratrol content and a composition for an antifungal compound containing the same, and more particularly, to a method for producing an extract of Hojangguk ( Polygonum cuspidatum ) using a large amount of resveratol And to a composition for an antifungal agent comprising the extract as an active ingredient. In accordance with the present invention, there is provided an effect of providing saccharose resveratrol in which saccharide is removed from the resveratrol glycoside of the extract of the present invention, by treating the saccharose root extract with sugar-hydrolyzing enzyme. In addition, the composition comprising the amygdalary resveratrol as an active ingredient can be used for preventing or ameliorating dandruff since it has antifungal activity against Malassezia fungus causing dandruff scalp. |
