The present invention relates to a positive electrode active material particle powder comprising a compound having a spinel structure containing at least Li and Ni and Mn, wherein the Li content of the positive electrode active material particle powder is in the range of 0.3 to 5, 0.65, the Ni content is 5 to 25 wt%, the Na content is 0.05 to 1.9 wt%, the S content is 0.0005 to 0.16 wt%, and the sum of the Na content and the S content is 0.09 to 1.9005 wt% To an active material particle powder.
