abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a vegetable oil containing a fat-soluble catechin capable of obtaining a vegetable oil containing a fat-soluble catechin extracted from a green tea leaf by-product, the method comprising the steps of: a) b) pressing the pulverized green tea leaf by-product into a pellet through the step a); c) cooling the pellet obtained in the step b), sealing and sealing the pellet; d) introducing the net obtained in the step c) into a leaching tank filled with vegetable oil and heating it in a reduced pressure state; e) discharging the vegetable oil obtained in the step d) to a cooling tank and cooling the vegetable oil; f) discharging the vegetable oil obtained in the step e) to an aging tank and aging the oil, and g) filtering the vegetable oil obtained in the step f).
