abstract |
The surface-modified adhesive is prepared by contacting the adhesive layer with an at least partially discontinuous layer on the release substrate and removing the adhesive layer such that at least a portion of the at least partially discontinuous layer adheres to the adhesive surface . The modified adhesive surface remains on the adhesive surface. The modified adhesive layer may be used to produce an adhesive article, including an article comprising a plurality of surface-modified adhesive layers. |
