abstract | The present invention relates to a polyurethane elastomer composition using a vegetable oil-derived dimeric acid alkyl ester, a process for producing the same, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing the same, wherein the polyurethane elastomer according to the present invention is produced using a dimer acid alkyl ester derived from a vegetable oil, It is more environmentally friendly than polyurethane elastomers based on petroleum raw materials. In addition, it is more economical to reduce the cost of raw materials than a polyurethane elastomer based on petroleum raw materials. Further, the polyurethane elastomer produced according to the present invention exhibits excellent tensile strength and tensile elongation, so that it can serve not only as an elastic body but also as a dentifrice composition, a paint composition and a coating composition. |
