titleOfInvention | Electrically conductive composition for thin film printing, and method for forming thin film conductive pattern |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a conductive composition for thin film printing and a method for forming a thin film conductive pattern which can easily perform thin film printing and easily improve conductivity by light irradiation. (Solution) A conductive composition containing metal particles, a binder resin and a solvent, wherein the solvent contains 5 to 98 mass% of a hydrocarbon group having a crosslinked ring skeleton and an organic compound having a hydroxyl group. The content of the metal particles is 15 to 60 mass%, the flat metal particles are contained in 20 mass% or more, and the binder resin is contained in 0.5 to 10 mass parts with respect to 100 mass parts of the metal particles. The viscosity at 25 ° C is 1.0 × 10 3 to 2 × 10 5 mPa · s. This conductive composition is screen-printed on a substrate in a thin film pattern of an arbitrary shape, and then the conductive pattern is formed by irradiating the pattern with heat and firing at a temperature of 300 DEG C or less and pulsed light. |
