The present invention provides a polarizing element comprising a substrate, a polarizing coating layer formed on one surface of the substrate, a first adhesive layer formed on the polarizing coating layer, a first retardation coating layer formed on the first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer formed on the first retardation coating layer, 2 adhesive layer and a soft layer formed on the second retardation coating layer, wherein the soft layer provides a polarizer having a crystal clearance of 1,000 to 40,000 MPa%. The polarizer according to the present invention is excellent in flex resistance and can be effectively used in a flexible display. |
